Our first vineyard is located just above the village of Jadrtovac, tucked into the limestone slopes of Croatia’s coastal-inland border. That's where Bòme starts to take its shape. The place speaks through every bottle.

The vineyards are part of the Šibenik, Trogir-Kaštela, and Promina sub-regions, a landscape influenced by the Mediterranean climate.Hot, dry summers, mild winters, and the influence of the Adriatic Sea and the Krka River in the case of the Promina sub-region. The Dalmatia region is known for its powerful red wines and ancient grape varieties, which are deeply tied to tradition but are opening up to new times. Ideal for a nomadic winery like ours.

Jadrtovac (Šibenik)
Jadrtovac is located about 10 kilometers southeast of Šibenik, on the eastern shore of the Morinje Bay.
Plano (Trogir)
Plano is situated above the Trogir Bay, and the vineyard is located on the southern slopes of a hill that enjoys many sunny days throughout the year.
Oklaj (Drniš)
Further inland lies Oklaj, positioned between the slopes of Promina mountain and the Krka River valley.
