Plavina

Plavina is a light-to-medium-bodied Dalmatian red, known for its soft tannins and juicy character. From Oklaj, where Mediterranean warmth meets continental freshness, Plavina develops a vibrant balance of fruit and acidity. We are crafting our first Plavina in a different way: fermented and aged in pressurized 225L Slavonian oak barrels. The innovative pressurized barrel system allows the wine to evolve gracefully, enhancing freshness and texture without heavy oak influence. Expect a bright, fruit-forward red with notes of wild berries, herbs, and gentle earthiness. Exclusive release in small batches, available only direct-to-consumer.
